Founded and led by Jeff Peterson, a certified arborist with over 40 years of hands-on experience, our company has been serving Orange County with professional tree care built on knowledge, safety, and integrity. Jeff has dedicated his life to mastering the art and science of arboriculture, following industry-leading practices and continuously advancing his expertise to stay at the forefront of proper tree care.
What began as a commitment to quality workmanship has grown into a trusted name in the community — one built on reputation, relationships, and results.
Today, that legacy continues with Tanner Peterson, Jeff’s son, who represents the next generation of Peterson’s Tree Works. Carrying forward the same values of hard work, professionalism, and attention to detail, Tanner is committed to upholding and expanding the family tradition of excellence. Together, father and son bring both decades of experience and a forward-thinking approach to every job.
Alongside them is Pete Melin, a highly experienced ISA Certified Arborist with over 30 years in the industry. Pete brings extensive knowledge in tree risk assessment, municipal arboriculture, and advanced tree care practices, adding another level of expertise and professionalism to our team.
